Arise and Shine, Inc. is a not-for-profit, religious, faith-based service organization whose mission is to effect positive outcomes in the family by addressing the varied, current critical dynamics of the family which diminish quality of life at all stages of human development. We accomplish this mission through the development and implementation of programs and services designed to mentally, physically, and spiritually empower and aid humanity. We partner with local schools, service organizations, government agencies, businesses, churches, and families as we seek to serve.
All administrative posts at Arise and Shine, Inc. are ministerial positions designed to teach, train and monitor ministerially throughout the organization as business is processed by staff administrative, educational and social service workers in lay positions. All of Arise and Shine's operations are overseen by a ministerial capacity.
Only after two successful years of ministerial service with Arise and Shine including but not limited to Bible study, church history, community relations, business administration, accounting, music and worship studies, media and youth, are ministers considered to hold such posts of oversight in Arise and Shine's administration. However, even after such tenure is achieved, Arise and Shine, Inc. is extremely selective in the granting of such ministerial positions as they ensure our adherence to the faith statements and beliefs we hold to as Arise and Shine, Inc. and our affiliated church, Cross Centered Church of God.
